80's East Coast Girl

I do not know about you, but where I come from we have two speeds. There's dress like Cinderella for the ball or sweats. Growing up we either did the pizza joint down the street that our friends owned and wore sweats, or we were dressed head to toe in our best of the best. There was no in between, oddly this is how I operate in my daily life as an adult.

When I saw this outfit the 80's child in me died and went to heaven. I had to have this marble print sweatsuit and so did my LALAdies, they might have not known it until now.

So hear me out, these sweats are fancy sweats. Yes, there's a such thing. They can be your best travel companion, they are great for a.m. coffee runs, I like to pack them after the beach for when you just want to be cozy for the drive home. They're fantastic for a night in when you want to look cute and walk around in sweats with a cute little bralette, but not look like you're trying too hard for your man. Actually, I tested it out and it works (you're welcome). I think this is the type of night the cool kids refer to as Netflix & Chill!?!

Anywhoooo, what I like about this set is that you can split them up. The jacket can be worn closed with the zipper in the back or opened in the front, and layered. It looks great paired with everything, even leather pants. The thing about athleisure is that everyone needs it in their closet, it closes that gap of being fresh and casual with fancy. When you do not know what to wear, athlesiure is your friend. Mix it in your closet and thank me later.

Entire outfit is Koral Activewear
