As I sit and write this unmotivated to go to the gym, I think about how I will blink my eyes and summer will be here. I always feel like it is better to be over prepared than under prepared. Often, I get asked what my diet is like and workout regimen.
I have to admit I have been slacking on cardio lately, usually I get on an elliptical and daydream four times a week for about 45 minutes a day, and I try to take about three pilates classes a week, which I have been doing. Sooooooo . . . at least my ass has been somewhat in gear. I think sometimes you just get burnt out, but fortunately I was a figure skater for about 13 years and was raised in a family where health is wealth, so I never stray for too long and always stay healthy with my nutrition and diet.
