RETURNS

We hope you love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, eligible merchandise may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a refund to the original form of payment.

To be eligible for return, merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with all original tags, security tags (if applicable), and original packaging intact.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Returns received after the 7-day return period, but within 14 days of delivery, may be accepted at our discretion and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Returns will not be accepted more than 14 days after delivery.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as The Lala Look is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

We do not offer exchanges.

FINAL SALE

Items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned or exchanged.

For hygiene and/or product-integrity reasons, swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, and leather merchandise are FINAL SALE.

Merchandise discounted 50% or more is FINAL SALE. Additional merchandise may be designated FINAL SALE on the individual product page.

All FINAL SALE purchases are final. No exceptions.

SHIPPING

Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed prior to shipment. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are controlled by the carrier. Tracking information will be provided when available.

The Lala Look currently ships within the United States only.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. The Lala Look is not responsible for packages lost or delayed as a result of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been submitted, we cannot guarantee that it can be modified or canceled. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.

If a cancellation request is approved after an order has been placed, the cancellation may be issued as online store credit.

PROMOTIONAL CODES

Promotional codes cannot be combined unless expressly stated otherwise. Promotional codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders and are not valid toward the purchase of gift cards.

Certain brands, products, sale merchandise, and FINAL SALE merchandise may be excluded from promotions. Any exclusions will be noted where applicable.
